WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?

  All we sell are electric wheelchair, scooter, and Lift parts. We believe that by keeping our focus narrow, the quality of our products and customer service will remain at its high level.

ARE THESE PRODUCTS NEW OR ARE THEY REFURBISHED?

Our products are new and pre-owned, refurbished and in great condition.

ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGES?

No. Florida sales tax if applicable.

HOW SOON WILL MY products ARRIVE?

All of our products are shipped within 2 days of purchase, shipping may take up to two to 8 days depending on location of customer and handler utilized..

WILL IT ARRIVE FULLY ASSEMBLED?

Yes most of the time. Unless can be made to fit shipping box easier.

WHAT IF I NEED REPAIR/SERVICE?

Diagnotics start at $49. If the unit is bad, $49 credit will go toward a repair or purchase, or it can be paid as a diagnostic fee.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover, cashiers checks, and Money Orders.

CAN I PAY THROUGH MEDICARE AND INSURANCE?

IMP is not able to process any insurance claims for any insurance carrier including but not limited to Medicare.

Our primary goal is to serve as a cost effective alternative to retail store prices for those who do not qualify or are denied by Medicare, and are paying from their own funds. If you fit into either of these categories, we can save you money.

IMP IS NOT CURRENTLY HANDLING MEDICARE CLAIMS THROUGH ITS ONLINE DIVISION. BY PURCHASING THROUGH OUR ONLINE CATALOG, YOU ARE WAIVING THE RIGHT TO FILE WITH MEDICARE AFTER THE SALE.

If you think that you might qualify for Medicare coverage to purchase an indoor economy model, we recommend using a local dealer. 

Merchandise Sale & Return Policy

We hope to have you as a 100% satisfied customer, and hope that you consult with your physician- to make sure you are getting the right product to meet your needs. We realize that once in a while and item may have to be returned, so this is our official return policy:

All orders will be shipped the most economical way possible. Our carriers will be used unless other instructions are given. All Prices are subject to change without notice. If you need to return a product, contact customer service to obtain a return authorization number. All Returns require authorization. Any item shipped to us without return # on box will be refused. Returns accepted 30 days from the date of receipt, of equipment. All returned items are subject to a 25% restocking & handling fee plus freight both ways. In order for us to keep our pricing down, we must charge a restocking fee for returned items. All returned items are subject to inspection for use and damage before credit is issued. You may incur additional charges if product is returned in damaged condition. Purchaser is responsible for getting item shipped back to warehouse in same condition it was shipped to them.

Equipment tested and diagnosed, repaired, finished, or put on hold. These items are to be paid for in a timely fashion, within two weeks. Any equipment not paid for within this time period will be given a two week grace period. After this grace period of 1 month (30 days), items will be charged "storage fee" of $20 or 10% of the value of repair, whichever is greater. Unless otherwise specified, this amount will be compounded and charged every two weeks until paid, to the end of the second month. After 2 months (60 days), it is at the companies discretion to maintain or sell the equipment for losses incurred.
